Aunjanue Ellis
Aunjanue ellis-taylor, an American stage and screen actor and producer. Her most well-known work is as a film actress due to her role in Ray Undercover Brother (Ray Undercover Brother) as well as The Mentalist. She holds a BA in African-American Studies and an MFA from Tisch School of Arts New York University. Aunjanue Ellis is an American actor and producer active in theater, film and television. Her acting career started in the theater. Then she appeared on numerous television shows in independent films, mainstream and films. She became famous as Miranda Shaw, a character who appeared on ABC's Quantico. On BET's amazing show The Book of Negroes she appeared. Not only did she receive critical acclaim for her role but also received a few awards and nominations. She started her career acting in 1995 as Ariel as Ariel in The Tempest. Her stage credits are Come and Gone Drowning Crow and Seeking the Genesis, a Broadway production directed by Joe Turner. Her film work is highlighted by her appearances in Men of Honor The Caveman's Valentine The Express, and The Help. Her role as a character in ABC's drama-police series High Incident earned her praises.
