Sharon Yvonne Stone was born on the 10th of March the year 1958 in Meadville, Pennsylvania, to accountant Dorothy Lawson and tool and die maker as well as former worker in the factory Joseph William Stone II. Michael, Kelly and Patrick are her brothers and sisters. Stone was considered academically gifted as a child and began second grade at five. Stone graduated from Saegertown High School, located in Saegertown, Pennsylvania, in 1975. The Miss Pennsylvania beauty competition saw Stone take home Miss Crawford County. Stone and her aunt relocated out of New Jersey to New Jersey to start a modelling career in 1977. The two signed on with the Ford Modeling Agency after a couple of months. In Europe Stone spent a full year living in Milano as well as Paris. Stone did, however, become unhappy with acting and modeling in Europe. She decided to keep her acting career going as an actress during the time she was in Europe. Woody Allen starred in "Stardust Memories", which was a film with mixed reviews in the age of twenty.
