ItaliaStephanie Italia Ricci, born on the 29th of October in 1986, is a Canadian-American actor. She's known for starring as April Carver in the 2014-2015 ABC Family television series Chasing Life, and for acting as White House Chief of Staff and Special Advisor Emily Rhodes in the television drama series Designated Survivor from 2016 to 2019.During 2009, Ricci began appearing in American productions in small parts in How I Met Your Mother, House, and Greek. In the same year, she was a regular character in the Comedy Central series Secret Girlfriend as Sasha. She played Maggie Winnock in Unnatural History which is a Cartoon Network live-action series. She also appeared in a Clean & Clear ad. She appeared in Valediction an animated short she created in 2011. In 2013, Ricci appeared in a tiny role in Joseph Gordon-Levitt's debut directorial film Don Jon.
